Prescription Diet Feline t/d was formulated specifically for the nutritional management of cats with dental disease. Because your pet can't brush his own teeth, the build-up of tartar can lead to periodontal disease, a dental condition that can weaken the gums and tissues that support the teeth.

My two cats love the taste of these little biscuits and it is much less trouble than trying to clean their teeth! Their gums are looking healthy and there is no sign of tartar build up on their teeth.

We were quite distressed when Becky (our female) needed to have 5 teeth extracted at one go. Prolonged feeding with canned food (about 90% water) meant gum disease and tartar had done their worst.
That afternoon she was hard at these biscuits, scrunching away; her half-brother loves them too.
They've had a significant effect and seem to have stopped further deterioration.
